The most common thing people tell me on our first call is: "I'm so embarrassed." Please know that whatever your home looks like, I have seen it before, and I am not there to judge.
You do not need to tidy first
Please do not spend the night before cleaning. I need to see how your home really works, so we can fix the things that actually cause the problems.
Clutter is not a character flaw
Busy jobs, children, illness, grief, moving, caring for parents. Life happens, and homes fill up. Needing help is completely normal.
Everything stays private
What happens in your home stays there. I never share photos without permission.
You stay in control
Nothing leaves your home without your say-so. I will suggest and encourage, but every decision is yours.
Taking the first step
The hardest part is getting in touch. After that, most people say they wish they had done it sooner.
